Triple H, WrestleMania, & the Possibility of Trying Kettlebell Exercises

Trying kettlebell exercises has a multitude of different advantages but I think that the assembling of strength and versatility stands tall above all else. It only markets building power but there's a perception of agility and flexibility that comes with it, which is what I could see becoming handy for a number of wrestlers. With WrestleMania just around the corner, who's to say that the performers couldn't use them in some way? Triple H arguably has the most on his plate of any competitor during that event.

I'm not going to assert that Triple H is particularly the most out of shape competitor today but I think he has lost quite a bit in recent years. You can chalk this up to him becoming part of the company, leaving the full-time roster in order to quest for that particular interest. However, I think that it's hampered his athleticism and considering the test that awaits him at WrestleMania, this should not be a factor. On that immense stage, he has a sizable task in bringing down former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar.

Not only is Lesnar a serious competitor in the ring but he is dangerous when you get right down to it. Triple H may want to go about trying kettlebell exercises if he's truly serious about bringing down the fighter. This isn't going to be any normal wrestling challenge, though, as you could imagine. Triple H is going to need to accept a few fitness tips which are associated with authorities like Lorna and put them to use so that he can secure a victory.

Lesnar is a serious competitor, meaning that Triple H is going to have to train differently than he ever did before. The impact that his moves have had in the past may not bode as well in this regard. I think that there has to be more in the way of brainpower so that he could survive against the former UFC star. These exercises could perform wonders so that the mind is helped along with various areas of the body associated with working out.

Triple H has always been known for his mental game and there are few challengers who are able to match him in that aspect. It's what made him such a success when he was the tip of his career but who's to say that trying kettlebell exercises couldn't help him further? This is especially accurate when you think about how he's been out of the ring for quite some time. I think it's apparent that he will need some help to better prepare for WrestleMania.
